The Stanley Hotel and Suites is seeking applications from enthusiastic candidates to fill in the role of a Workshop Controller.

JOB SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following key responsibilities:

• Tools Controller: Ensuring all tools/equipment’s are well-maintained and in good condition for operation.
• Storeman: Proper storage of the tools and equipment’s ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinating: Assist in planning, preparing reports and ensure daily coordination and communication.
• Report Writing: Responsible for assisting contractors and team members to ensure all necessary documentation is completed and procedures are communicated effectively.
• Maintenance: Proper maintenance and upkeep of the entire hotel with all its equipment and facility. Monitoring and submitting work orders for replacement where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum education-Grade 12
• Prior experience would be an advantage
• Great communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Team-oriented
