About the role

This role is responsible to manage the implementation and ongoing development of all aspects of processing training including safety, workplace inductions, personal development, and training of personnel within the Process Plant.

Key / Major Accountabilities

Key accountabilities of this position include.

• Manage scheduling of training for all Process plant personnel.
• Co-ordinate or conduct Process Plant inductions and / or safety training.
• Maintain up to date training matrix for all Processing employees.
• Oversee graduate development programs within the Processing department.

About You

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you must have a trade qualification with a Diploma in Technical Teaching, or a certificate IV in Workplace Training, with a minimum of 5-years’ experience in technical training role in a mineral processing plant. In addition to this, you will have some or all the following.

• Experience in a supervisory role
• Well-developed computer skills with competence in MS Office Suite and Pronto.
• Well-developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English.
