TEAM LEADER CHARTER

Responsible for ensuring that all Charter and Accounting functions are accounted for and reported by ensuring accuracy and completeness of Charter Revenue.

Main Responsibilities

  • Compile Daily Financial Reports sent by Ops and attach FRDRs to each respective date d on a timely manner.
  • Identify all charters on the DFR and FRTR
  • Register all FRTR's on a daily basis into the FRDR register.
  • Follow up with Commercial Charters Team regarding payments for cash charter clients.
  • Invoice charters that need to be charged. ( Adhoc clients )
  • Delivering invoices to clients
  • Register Simberi Passenger listing ready for billing
  • Identify all Non-Revenue Flights (OCB's)
  • Register Daily Non-revenue FRTRs ready for month end Revenue report
  • Compile OCB FRTR's
  • Raise Rental Invoices for Telikom & Columbia @ the beginning of each month
  • Deliver Newcrest Monthly Standing Charge and Pacific Air Express (PAE) invoices every 15th of each month.
  • Register Daily Exchange Rates ready for month end client invoices
  • Raise Cargo Invoices when needed by the Cargo Team
  • Raise Invoices for Pacific Air Express (PAE)
  • Raise DHL TSF Invoices and deliver to customer
  • Enter Aircraft Timings in Vectis (Charters & OCB)
  • Calculate Sales Agent Commissions and submit for approval
  • The incumbent will ensure all Unearned Revenue entries are completed on time and ensure accuracy of entries regarding Charter
  • Ensure interline and codeshare billing are processed into SIS on a timely manner
  • Ensure Charter queries are resolved at minimal time. Escalate if cannot resolve within a day.
  • Must be able to step in for Charter & Uplift Supervisor in contract billings.

Qualification/Experiences

  • Relevant tertiary qualification preferable a degree or diploma in Accounting, Business, Commerce or Economics
  • Must have a relevant qualification
  • Previous similar working experience (not essential)
