The Staff Facilities/Accommodation is overseen by the Human Resources Department. The main function of the Staff Facilities Attendant is to provide employee accommodation services-collaborating with the team to ensure high quality cleaning and laundry services. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Human Resources.

Job Summary:
- Provide efficient and high-quality cleaning and laundry services for the staff facilities in line
with the hotel’s standards for cleanliness, hygiene and presentation; to ensure highest
possible level of staff satisfaction.
- Liaise with Staff Facilities Supervisor and Housekeeping Supervisor in relation to chemical
usage, problems or rectification suggestions.
- Maintain stock levels
- Ensure staff services and staff requests are promptly and courteously met.
- Comply with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and the correct use of chemicals
and cleaning agents.
- Sound awareness of Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures, particularly those related to the use of chemicals and lifting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum Education-Grade 12.
- Certificate in Tourism and Hospitality Operations (Laundry/Housekeeping) would be an advantage.
- Flexible and can work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask.
