We are hiring a suitable candidate to occupy the position of Site Supervisor with our organization. The role includes the following;

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion, reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables.
• Coordinating and supervising construction workers.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards on-site and report any concerns or violations immediately.

Requirements

• Considerable work experience in the construction industry, including roles that demonstrate leadership and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and delegate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
