As part of our structural improvement and to cater for the needs of our expanding customer base, an exciting opportunity exists within our Operations Team in Port Moresby.

Class 4 Driver - Semi Trailer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pre-departure checks on all company equipment.
• Load and secure freight.
• Complete site inductions and abide by all site rules.
• Manage documents and paperwork.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and refuel vehicles.
• Have an understand of load restraint and load weight restrictions.
• Complying with company and client HSE requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Be able to read, write and speak English.
• Three years minimum of recent experience.
• Experience and references from reputable employers.
• Able to pass medical (including drug & alcohol) test.
• The right applicant must have the ability to work on their own and also part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Be in possession of a valid class 4 heavy vehicle license.
• Have a current police clearance.
• Hold valid trade certificates and school certificates.
