ABOUT KTF FODE COLLEGES:
The KTF FODE Colleges are training facilities located in mostly rural locations throughout Papua New Guinea. The FODE Centers deliver curriculum to students to upgrade their certifications making them eligible to follow teaching and health worker professional studies pathways.
The FODE Centres are currently running the Flexible Open Distance Education (FODE) program, upskilling members of the community through the FODE curriculum of assessments and examinations all the way through to their Grade 12 certificates.
We are currently recruiting high-achieving, independent and self-motivated, skilled professionals for our colleges. Someone that is dedicated, innovative, flexible and team orientated. You will work with a small team to support the growth of our colleges and the success of the students following the FODE curriculum, this remote management will necessitate excellent communication skills.
The role is hands-on and will require the successful candidate to undertake a variety of tasks, including teaching, assessment, written and verbal feedback of student work, mentoring, administration of enrolments, developing strategies in maintaining student progress, supporting the community engagement with the facility, maintaining a student database, and maintaining regular contact with KTF.

This position may require travel within PNG from time to time.
