Job Summary:

As a Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of the sales department, ensuring smooth workflows, accurate documentation, and seamless communication between teams and clients. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be critical in driving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with documentation, preparing proposals, contracts, and quotations.
  • Order Processing: Manage and track sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for the management team.
  • Client Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Event Assistance: Help organize and coordinate sales meetings, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure efficient sales operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
