About the Role:

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process by working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. This role requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail will help attract top talent and maintain an efficient recruitment pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the company.
• Develop creative advertising and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job briefs and conduct candidate screenings.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and provide coaching to line managers.
• Improve recruitment processes and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in HRM, Business Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or similar role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with PNG legislation and labour law, and ability to communicate in Tok Pidgin.
