Summary

Supervises and coordinates the daily operations of residential, commercial, or industrial properties, and ensures that these properties run smoothly and maintain their appearance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the upkeep of property facilities and apartments.
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and repair works.
Handle all communication with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in property management or a similar supervisory role.
Strong understanding of property management principles.
Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
