Spectra Industrial Ltd is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of National Parts & Inventory Manager. This key position will oversee our wide range of machinery and generator spare parts in the Lae and Port Moresby regions. We are looking for a candidate with extensive warehousing and inventory experience, coupled with a proven track record in managerial roles within the machinery or industrial sector. The National Parts and Inventory Manager role is a key position within our operations, offering immediate start to the successful candidate with a competitive package for the right candidate.

Job Title: National Parts and Inventory Manager

Location: Lae, Morobe Province

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of parts and inventory operations for all equipment sold and serviced by Spectra Industrial.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain a streamlined parts supply chain.
• Lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate handling of parts and inventory.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Managers to meet set objectives and targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management.
• Proven managerial experience in a machinery or industrial supply setting.
• Strong knowledge of parts supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current Valid Driver’s license
