LOCATION: KTF Port Moresby Head Office
TYPE / DURATION:Full time, 12-month contract
REPORTING TO: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor
ABOUT KTF:
KTF is an Australian international aid and development organisation working in Papua New Guinea (PNG).
We work with people and communities to improve the lives and futures of Papua New Guineans. We do this by: assisting remote and rural communities with access to elementary and primary education; improving access to quality and accessible healthcare; improved equality and safety for women and girls; and by fostering the next generation of leaders.
KTF is a member of the Australian Council for International Development and is accredited with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s Australian Not-for-Profit Cooperation Program.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Coordinator role assists with our Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning strategy in order to ensure effective program delivery. This exciting role involves managing data collection and analysis, drafting reports, ensuring projects align with our MEL strategy and ongoing support of KTF’s MEL Advisor and program managers as we seek to impact lives and futures in remote and rural PNG.

The role is open to applicants based in Port Moresby who will work from our Port Moresby office. The position does not include housing or other benefits. We will prioritize Papua New Guineans for this position.
