Monier Limited, the single largest producer, supplier and distributer of construction materials and building products in PNG is seeking to recruit suitably qualified and highly motivated individual for the following position:

Mixer Truck Driver

The position is responsible for driving and delivery on day-to-day operation, providing competent production performance for ready mix concrete.

Duties include;

• Ensuring concrete is delivered as per client request.
• Slumping of ready-mix concrete.
• Safe driving practice, obey rules and traffic regulations.
• Reporting faults and mechanical problem with assigned truck.
• Timely delivery of concrete.
• Log sheet, truck prestart checklist is correctly and accurately always completed maintaining. cleanliness of truck.

• Compliance with relevant safety, health and environmental requirements and to conduct all activities in a safe and professional manner.
• Reporting to team leader / Manager of any abnormality in the Couse of duty.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Valid Class 4 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• 2 years’ experience as a mixer truck driver or in a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to driving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions.
