Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining mechanical
systems in various building projects. This role requires a deep understanding of MEP systems and the ability to work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop mechanical systems for building projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire
protection systems.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety
standards.
• Collaborate with electrical and plumbing engineers to integrate systems seamlessly.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and system sizing.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to mechanical systems during construction and post- construction phases.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (IEPNG) license preferred.
• Minimum 7 years experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
