We're seeking dedicated & qualified individuals to take on the role of Manager Real Rewards. Join us and play a crucial role in providing support by managing the loyalty rewards platform.

Reporting to the General Manager – Marketing & Advertising, as the Manager – Real Rewards, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating various marketing programs and initiatives for the Real Rewards Loyalty Program. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, organized, and is detailed oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the strategic marketing team in achieving the desired results in all aspects of the real rewards loyalty program.
  • Maintain loyalty membership records in an accurate and confidential manner.
  • Manage the backend office functions of data uploads, working with Pronto and Zinrelo software systems.
  • Manage the shop floor team of coordinators.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand the loyalty program objectives, strategies, and requirements.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for internal and external partners, maintaining clear communication and fostering working relationships.
  • Work with the content team to ensure that all marketing materials, including presentations, brochures and digital assets are developed and delivered on schedule.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and execution of marketing events, trade shows and campaigns.
  • Manage the Zinrelo Redemptions system and provide useful data insights for promotional planning.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing Coordination or project management, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 tools such as (MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
