Reporting to the Property Divisional Manager, the successful incumbent for the roles should possess the following : To be successful in this role, you will need to possess and demonstrate the following:

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

• Minimum of Grade 12 qualification
• Trades Certificate, preferably in Carpentry NATTB
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role
• Experience in hotel, resort, large estate, multiple residential houses, and commercial units in Maintenance or Facilities Maintenance role.
• Must have excellent planning and communication skills
• Must have supervisory and hands on experience in a multiple trade department
• Must have the ability to participate in an on-call emergency rotation
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and Property Management related software.
• Must be self-motivated, customer service oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
