Role/skills and experience

Full-time role with NKW reporting to the Property Manager and working in a team environment, your duties include but not limited to:

• Focusing on general maintenance of commercial and residential properties
• Ensure regular inspections of work area to identify hazard, damage and defects
• Estimate time and materials required to complete jobs and raising orders
• Hands on experience with residential/commercial properties maintenance
• Ensure tools and equipment available in good order
• More then 6 years experience in similar role
• Basic experience supervising 5-10 staff
• Preferably trade certificate background
