Job Description: Logistic & Outreach Officer- PNG

Position Description: Logistic & Outreach Officer. Your responsibility will be to assist the clients with goods or services rendered by Seatrading LLC USA. You will work with sales team to Promote Japanese Program vehicles and medical supply in PNG.

Position Basics:

• Location: Port Moresby, Lae, Alotau, Kimbe, Madang & Vanimo
• Position: Full Time
• Supervisor: President/CEO
• Experience level: Low-level Sales, Management
• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Salary: Start salary: Kina 6,500 per month and data allowance KINA 2,000 per month.

Job Functions:

• Work with the President of Seatrading LLC USA to ensure that all clients in PNG are served and maintain effective outreach of promoting program vehicles and medical supplies in PNG. Work with all Catholic Church institutions in PNG & Solomon Islands to assist the Roman Catholic Church to acquire Japanese vehicles and medical supplies from Seatrading, LLC USA.
• Every Friday of the week, you will be required to submit a briefing paper not more than one page of the company weekly report on weekly target revenue and invoicing.
• Promote strong outreach networks and provide effective services to both urban and rural clients.
• Assist clients with customs and clearance process. Provide all required documentation to the clients.
• Maintain effective communication with President of Seatrading LLC USA. Ensure that the weekly target revenue is met as per your foreign employee contract.
• Carry out effective outreach to promote the vehicle programs and medical supplies in PNG

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with strong communication skills required, or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software and filing documents with clearance Agents or Customs offices.
• Previous experience in communications with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of discretion and experience with leadership support. Excellent research and record -keeping skills. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Good customer service and negotiation skills.
• Flexible work style with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of the Foreign Employee Contract, the operation of Seatrading LLC USA and maintenance of daily communication with the USA office.
