Leadership and Management Trainer

PNG Industry Manpower Solutions (PIMS) is seeking to employ an experienced Leadership and Management Trainer to join our Port Moresby based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering leadership and management training and safety training to High Arctic employees and its client organizations.

The Leadership and Management Trainer will have extensive leadership and management experience attained through previous roles, preferably in a corporate environment, and be able to leverage that experience in the delivery of bespoke training and development courses.

Finding the right candidate for this role is important to PIMS and will involve a detailed interview process that will require practical demonstration of the skills, knowledge and capability required for the role.

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Australian TAE Cert IV or PNG equivalent
• Experience (3+ years) as a Manager/Leader
• Must be engaging and an excellent communicator.
• Must maintain permanent residence in Port Moresby. This is not a FIFO role.
• Excellent time management skills.

It is desirable that candidates also possess tertiary qualifications in adult education or training and development.

This is a senior position in the company and the remuneration associated with the role is commensurate with its responsibility.
