2 x IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring System) & FMS (Fuel Management System) Supervisors.

Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individuals to join our IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring System) and FMS (Fuel Management System) operations as Supervisors. This key role involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

The Supervisors will be responsible for overseeing the IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring System) and FMS (Fuel Management System) operations, ensuring smooth execution, compliance, and efficiency of the project. They coordinate the technical teams, fuel attendants, and service truck operators while maintaining high safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day IVMS and FMS operations at the site.
• Supervise and coordinate IVMS and FMS technicians, ensuring scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance and data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.
• Conduct regular reports and performance assessments.
• Coordinate with the engineering team for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Manage shift rotations and ensure proper coverage for 24/7 operations.
• Provide technical support and training to technicians when needed.
• Communicate with clients and management regarding system updates and incidents.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Diploma or degree in engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in fleet management, IVMS, or mining operations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IVMS, FMS, and GPS tracking systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work in remote mining locations with minimal supervision.
