The Role
Reporting to the Services Superintendent the primary responsibility of this position is to work hand in hand with site staff and management as the contact for all IT related requirements including out of hours and off site support as necessary. The IT Support Officer will be involved in site setup, support and troubleshooting and rectifying ICT issues ensuring minimal downtime on operation to Woodlark Operations site including contract business partners. The environment is dynamic and robust with a focus on safety, minimizing down time and enhancing user experience.
This is a FIFO position on 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster. Preferred Points of Hire are Woodlark, Alotau, Port Moresby, Lae and Mt Hagen.
