Nestle PNG Limited is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced IT Manager to support the entire Nestle (PNG) sites and based at our Lae Office

Reporting directly to the IT Digital Innovation & W360 FRM’, the role involves managing the operational aspects of IT services, driving the adoption of Nestle solutions, ensuring securing & compliance, and leading the IT team

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient IT service delivery, handle incidents and requests, manage releases and changes, and
  optimize solution performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, lead service reviews, and promote the Nestle in Market (NiM) model for IS/IT support.
• Drive the correct usage of ServiceNow and implementation of global or local W360 solutions.
• Influence future releases of IS/IT and W360 solutions based on market needs and provide feedback to HQ onfunctionality usage.
• Manage compliance, security, and data guidelines, mitigate risks, and address IT security incidents.
• Ensure the correct usage of cloud and non-cloud applications, maintain the Security & Compliance Index, and advise on security matters.
• Supervise the IT team, ensure adequate staffing, develop a high-performing team, and manage recruitmentand training.
• Foster an inclusive and high-performance culture, drive personal development, and provide effective
  leadership and support.
• Manage operational aspects of traditional IS/IT activities, site moves, and upgrades.
• Responsible for Nestlé PNG-specific heritage, legacy, and local solutions, and manage the transition to NiM principles.

Qualification, skills, and experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
• Extensive experience in various IS/IT areas, including service desk, field services, and IT
  operations/infrastructure in a global FMCG company.
• Demonstrated experience as an IT Manager, leading a team.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic
  environment.
• Strong understanding of system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture
  standards.
• Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.
• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
• Effective communication skills at different levels in the organization and proficiency in English
