Job Title: IT Administrative Officer/Marketing Specialist
Overview:
The Admin/Marketing Specialist will be responsible for handling both administrative tasks and marketing efforts within the company. This role is essential in supporting the operations and promoting the company’s IT services to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strong administrative skills and an understanding of digital marketing strategies
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for the operations team.
- Maintain and organize company records, reports, and documentation related to services such as
email/web hosting, CCTV solutions, internet solutions, e-documentation and other IT services.
- Handle client inquiries, process orders, and track service requests.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers as needed.
- Assist with preparing and organizing meetings, presentations, and reports.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's IT services (email/web
hosting, CCTV, internet solutions, e-documentation and other IT support services).
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media,
email, and company website.
- Create content for marketing materials, including blog posts, brochures, newsletters, and case
studies.
- Manage and update the company's website and social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook,
Instagram, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing content and materials for lead
generation and customer retention.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the IT services industry.
- Assist in the creation of online advertisements and monitor their performance.
- Organize promotional events, webinars, and product demos.
- Track marketing metrics and analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement.
Client Communication & Relationship Building:
- Communicate with clients and partners to provide updates on new products, services, and
promotions.
- Assist in creating and maintaining client-facing documents, such as contracts, proposals, and
service agreements.
- Provide customer support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education – Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology,
or a related field.
- Experience – 3+ years in an administrative or marketing role, preferably within the IT sector.
- Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing tools.
• Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, and email
marketing platforms (Mailchimp, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset and ability to create engaging content.
• Basic understanding of IT services such as email/web hosting, CCTV, internet solutions,
and e-documentation is preferred.
