We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Insurance Officer to safeguard our assets, manage claims, and ensure comprehensive coverage that supports our workforce and operations.

INSURANCE OFFICER

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Moni Plus, our assets are crucial to our success, and so is our team. As our Insurance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in protecting both by ensuring we have the right coverage, managing claims effectively, and advising on risk mitigation strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Insurance Management

  • Oversee all insurance policies, ensuring adequate coverage and timely renewals.

Claims Handling

  • Manage the claims process efficiently, from filing to settlement, while maintaining detailed records.

Risk Assessment

  • Identify potential risks and provide recommendations to minimize exposure.

Policy Evaluation

  • Regularly assess and update insurance policies to align with business needs and regulatory changes.

Team Support

  • Act as a key advisor on insurance matters, providing insights that help the team make informed decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING WITH YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant certification in insurance or risk management (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in insurance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and make sound recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in handling claims and documentation.
  • Able to convey complex information clearly to internal teams and external partners.
  • Be a proactive professional who can navigate challenges in claims or coverage issues.
