The Opportunity:

We seek a skilled and experienced ICT professional to oversee our client’s information and communication technology capability. You will be responsible for managing IT systems, networks, and services to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will have a strategic and commercial mindset, ensuring all operational, contractual, and financial goals are met, as well as possess strong technical expertise, and great leadership skills to guide and develop your team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ICT operations to meet and exceed client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Manage budgets, develop operational strategies, and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of ICT services.
  • Conduct daily and monthly reporting on department operations, expenditures, and client service outcomes.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including the General Manager and Financial Controller, to maintain service standards and manage resources.
  • Oversee compliance with health, safety, and quality management standards.
  • Manage team performance, including training, resource allocation, and on-call support for urgent issues.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory of management experience in ICT management or a similar role, with at least 2 years in an ICT-focused role.
  • Cisco Certification preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration, systems management, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on team development and performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:
• Police clearance certificate (within the last 8 months).
• Medical report for employment (within the last 6 months).
• Valid driver’s license.
