ICT Electronic Technician

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced ICT Electronic Technician to join our IT team at Hargy Oil Palms Limited (HOPL).

About the Role:

We are looking for an ICT Electronic Technician to maintain and support ICT, office, and RF communication equipment. The role ensures high availability of critical business systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, configure, and monitor ICT and office equipment (servers, printers, UPS).
• Install and troubleshoot two-way radios, VHF radios, and RF communication equipment.
• Perform ICT cabling and network installations.
• Provide technical support and training to staff.
• Schedule periodic maintenance and implement best practices.
• Liaise with vendors for procurement, support, and maintenance.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge management.
• Participate in equipment upgrades, deployments, and change management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical qualification in electronic maintenance or communication field.
• Experience in IT hardware maintenance (servers, desktops, printers, UPS).
• Hands-on experience with VHF radios, two-way radios, and RF equipment.
• ICT cabling and network infrastructure experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work outdoors at heights, and handle power equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
