ABOUT THE ROLE

At Moni Plus, our people are at the core of everything we do. As our Human Capital Officer, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging work culture, supporting employee growth, and ensuring HR operations are seamless and effective.

Talent Management

  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent that aligns with our vision.

Employee Engagement

  • Drive programs that keep our team motivated, recognized, and connected.

HR Operations

  • Support day-to-day HR activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.

People Support

  • Act as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance on HR matters, from career development to employee relations.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving HR processes and employee satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and changes in labor laws to proactively identify and propose improvements to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING WITH YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field in a recognized tertiary Institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years or more with experience in all facets of Human Resource Management practice
  • Approachable and able to build rapport with employees across all levels.
  • Able to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Capable of handling employee issues with sensitivity and sound judgment.
  • Demonstrates initiative in addressing HR needs and improving processes.
