ABOUT THE ROLE

Step into a pivotal leadership position as Head of Business for a trailblazing retail organisation. We’re seeking a high-impact leader with a proven track record in retail sales and management. Your mission is to drive sales, optimise operations, and exceed revenue targets while steering strategic development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales and Financial Leadership: Drive business sales strategy and manage P&L to meet financial targets and ensure overall business performance.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across Finance, Warehouse, and Sales, ensuring timely project delivery and operational efficiency.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead and develop a team of 100+, including direct oversight of key functional heads, and maintain strong relationships with the Board and CEO.
• Strategic Innovation: Lead market development, uncover growth opportunities, and manage change and risk mitigation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Extensive Experience: 15+ years in retail sales, with at least 7+ years in a general management role.
• Proven Track Record: Experience managing P&L for significant revenue, with strong leadership skills.
• Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the retail sector. Familiarity with ICT networks and infrastructure is advantageous but not essential.
• Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and deliver under pressure.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
