Position overview:
Lead financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate management reporting aligned with international standards. Support strategic decision-making, manage the Group’s ERP system, and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning:
- Lead forecasting and business performance processes.
- Provide financial and strategic support to senior management.
- Develop risk frameworks and support ICAAP.

Capital and Asset Management:
- Manage capital, balance sheet structures, and market risks.
- Conduct scenario analysis and support capital strategy discussions.

Department Administration:
- Oversee department operations and implement plans efficiently.

Financial Reporting:
- Direct comprehensive financial reports and timely MIS reports.
- Ensure quality annual accounts and shareholder communications.

Leadership:
- Develop and mentor staff, focusing on PNG Nationals.
- Foster a cohesive team environment and manage performance.

Key Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting, CPA/ACA qualification, and MBA.
- 10-15 years in Finance/Accounts within Banking/Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of International Accounting Standards and banking regulations.
- Proven experience with senior business leaders and high-quality product delivery under tight deadlines.

Key Skills:
- High proficiency in English, negotiation, business partnering, analytical skills, financial ratios, and PC usage.
- Strong time management, performance management, presentation, project management, financial awareness, written communication, and data analysis skills.
