Group Business Intelligence & Finance Systems Specialist, you’ll use data analytics and advanced tools to uncover actionable insights, simplify complex financial processes, and champion strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence solutions and finance systems that enhance business processes.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives focused on process optimisation and efficiency improvements.
- Apply advanced analytical skills to create comprehensive reports supporting financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee system integrations and upgrades, ensuring smooth adoption across the organisation.
- Lead, mentor, and engage with team members and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and development.
Qualifications and Skills: - Demonstrated expertise in data governance, risk management, and system security.
- Proven success in training and supporting a data-driven culture within an organisation.
- Degree in Finance & IT, with CPA/ACA credentials and an MBA preferred.
- 10–15+ years of experience in Finance or Accounts, ideally within Banking or Financial Services.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- High proficiency in English, with a commitment to team development and organisational goals.
