The National Development Bank Limited (“NDB”) of Papua New Guinea is seeking ambitious and passionate Agriculture Graduates to join our dynamic Graduate Development Program as Sales and Service Consultants for the following flagship branches: WAIGANI, MT. HAGEN, KOKOPO AND LAE.

This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their careers in banking while making a real impact in the agriculture sector. Working closely with the Sales and Services Manager, the Graduate Trainee - Sales and Service Consultant, will:

Required Attributes

• A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for finance, agriculture, and customer service.
