Finance and Admin Manager – Be part of PNG's Iconic Food Brands

Role based in Port Moresby

About the Role: We’re the company behind your favorite brands, Ox & Palm and Ocean Blue. As Finance & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for accurate financial statements and efficient accounting processes, while leading a robust finance team in one on PNG’s fastest-growing FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate company records in compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Implement adequate internal financial controls to prevent fraud and financial mismanagement
• Ensure compliance to monthly management reporting and taxation deadlines
• Lead the finance & admin team
• Assist Head of Finance with cash flow management, budgets and financial forecasts
• Work closely with management and executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
• Prepare year-end financial statements and oversee the external audit process

Your Profile:

• Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
• 3+ years People/Functional Management in Finance, preferably with FMCG company
• Member of CPA PNG or equivalent
• Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Outstanding leadership and team development skills
