EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Location: Port Moresby, National Capital District, PNG
Duration: 2 years with the possibility of extension
Our Organisation: ADI operates as a private, non-governmental charity, committed to fortifying remote and rural health systems in collaboration with local PNG health workers.
ADI plays a pivotal role in supporting local health authorities to address critical gaps in service delivery, working diligently to foster healthier communities across the nation of Papua
Position Overview: Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant (EA) will support the CEO to fulfil the executive functions of the Office of the CEO.
The EA will also assist the Executive Management Team (EMT) in their daily collaborations with the CEO. This role is a senior role and requires a person with depth of experience in executive assistant roles, with the ability to represent the CEO in PNG as required.
The ideal candidate will be a business-minded strategic planner, with demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, and skill in the management of budgets, business plans and analysing risk.
This role will ensure the principles of GEDSI are applied to daily work as required of all team members of ADI.
