Escort Crew

Force Security Service is recruiting for escort crew for an upcoming contract. We are currently looking for those who have security experience.

Responsibilities:

• Keeping a record of all clients and passenger including the time of arrival and departure. Ensure that all relevant information is properly documented and reported.
• Safely escort individuals, including employees, visitors, and VIPs, within the premises, ensuring they reach their destination without any security concerns.
• Monitoring and making sure clients and passengers are safe.
• Effectively communicate with security personnel, providing updates on movement and potential security issues. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient security operation.
• Be prepared to respond to emergency situations and assist in the implementation of emergency protocols. This may include guiding individuals to safety or providing support during evacuations.
• Liaising with law enforcement in the case of suspected or reported criminal activity.
• Responsible for the proper handling and care of security equipment, including communication devices and identification badges. Report any equipment malfunctions promptly.

• Understanding of security standard operation procedures.

Required attributes:

• Previous Experience in similar role
• Police Clearance issued within last 6 months
• Minimum Completed Grade 10
• Be able to read, write and speak English
• Minimum height requirement; male – 170cm & female -160cm
• Good customer service skills
• Do not chew and smoke
• Punctual and Reliable
• Willing to work shift hours and weekends
• Live within NCD city limits
