CREW MANNING SUPERVISOR

Location: Lae Based

Requirements:

Diploma in Office Administration, HR Management, or a similar field from a recognized institution.
At least two years of supervisory experience in a similar role, or three to four years of experience as a Crew Manning Officer.
Possess good communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proficient in MS Office and use of MS Forms, Teams, etc.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong personal values.
Able to work collaboratively.
Sound understanding of PNG Labour Law, maritime/NMSA regulations.
Leadership experience or the potential to lead and supervise a team.
