Business Development Executive/Corporate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Retention:
  • Identify potential corporate clients and initiate contact to introduce Daltron’s IT solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  1. Sales Support:
  • Assist the Business Development Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into sales opportunities.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Provide insights to the Business Development Manager to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Daltron’s IT products and services.
  1. Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets set by the Business Development Manager.
  • Track sales activities and report progress regularly to the Business Development Manager.
  • Actively contribute to achieving team revenue goals.
  1. Administrative and Reporting Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for review by the Business Development Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions such as cloud computing, enterprise software, and managed services is an advantage.
