Kwik Distribution is seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in Mt. Hagen. If you have a passion for sales and a strong background in customer relationship management, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Manage and build relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Ensure effective merchandising and promotional execution.
• Lead and support a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
• Analyse sales data and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the tobacco or FMCG industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
