Summary

  • Provides administrative support to the organization's administrative department.
  • Handling office tasks, organizing files, and assisting with general administrative duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to relevant personnel.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and ordering.
  • Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying and scanning.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Job Requirements

  • Grade 10 and 12 or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in office software and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
