Vacancy: Admin Operations Driver

Location: Lae, Head Office – Malekula Street

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Administration Operations support by handling fleet documents processing or runs for MVIL, Traffic Registry etc.
  • Provide Daily support to Admin operations order pickup / delivery, staff pickup & drop off
  • Handle fleet refueling, vechicle cleaning, staff / visitors’ pickup, airport pickup or drop, etc.
  • Any other duties as required by the Admin team or Finance Manager.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license: Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Vehicle knowledge: Familiarity with operating different types of vehicles and basic maintenance skills may be required.
  • Communication skills: Effective communication is essential, as administrative operations drivers may need to interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities is important in this role.
  • Attention to detail: Administrative operations drivers must pay attention to details, such as following specific instructions for deliveries or maintaining accurate records.
  • Physical fitness: The job may involve lifting and moving packages, so candidates should be physically fit and able to handle such tasks.
  • Customer service orientation: Providing excellent customer service is often a key aspect of the role, so candidates should be friendly, patient, and helpful.
  • Flexibility: Being adaptable to changing schedules, routes, etc.
