Job Overview:
Ruks Construction is seeking a reliable organized Admin and Accounts Officer to manage Administrative and Accounts tasks. The successful candidate will handle office operations, maintained financial records, process invoices and assist with budgeting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails and other enquires
  • Organize and schedule meetings appointments and office events.
  • Maintain Office supplies
  • Assist with employee onboarding and other HR related functions
  • Manage company files

Accounts:

  • Process and manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and verify invoice, receipts and payment schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of financial reports

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum certificate in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • 3years or more experience in administration and accounts preferably in the construction Industry is an advantage.
