ACCOUNTING GRADUATES

We have a broad base of clients in retail, manufacturing, service industries, and non-government organizations. Established for over twenty years and based in Lae the firm undertakes audit, taxation and accounting services for a wide range of enterprises and is seeking to recruit the following individuals for positions within Kapi & Clarke.

We invite candidates with high grades (A’s and B’) wishing to qualify as CPA’s to apply for positions of trainee accountant in Lae. We offer a broad range of on the job experience to cover Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Company Law and Communication Skills. Salary packages include CPA training courses and exam fees and study days prior to exams.

The Firm has trained many graduates over the years to become qualified accountants. All are now earning substantial salaries in various positions around the country or are still with the firm.

Successful applicants will be asked to sit an in house exam and interview for final selection.

The candidates must:

• Have excellent verbal and written English skills, be confident in dealing with people, and be capable in using Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of using accounting software such as MYOB, QuickBooks and Zero would be an advantage.
