The Role
As the key architect of the organisations' brand story, you’ll lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that amplify the company's presence and connect with audiences across all channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is your opportunity to champion a strong brand culture, deliver value-driven campaigns, and shape public perception.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic brand, communication, and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team while managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive brand consistency across all digital, social, and traditional marketing platforms.
- Oversee content strategy, public relations, events, and media management.
- Monitor industry trends and leverage insights to position the brand ahead of the curve.
- Manage department budgets, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline (postgraduate qualification highly desirable).
- 6+ years of senior experience in brand, communication, and marketing, ideally in financial services.
- Proven track record of building strong brand presence and leading high-impact campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Digital-savvy with solid experience in PR, media relations, and content strategy.
