The Corporate Services Officer will be responsible for coordinating recruitment, maintaining good relationships with other departments, and providing administrative support to the executive management. They will work closely with the Human Resource Manager to manage all aspects of the company's human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The Corporate Services Officer will also be responsible for managing reception and ensuring that all administrative systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide coordination/administrative support with projects as required.
Assist with research and assemble data for funding and other documents.
Responsible for maintenance and managing archival systems.
Development and management of resources/processes necessary to ensure optimum delivery of operations.
Manage reception ensuring activities are implemented with a high level of efficiency and professionalism
Provide personal assistance, full and confidential administration support to the executive management
Responsible for the management, supervision and development of Administrative staff
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in human resources administration or a similar role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
