Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team. The Client Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences and providing support to our clients. You will serve as a liaison between the company and its clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and inquiries.
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation related to client interactions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling company products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as required.

Job Requirements

  • Certificates or Diplomas in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (COMPULSORY)
  • Proven experience in a client service or customer support role. (COMPULSORY)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using client service software and tools.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
