JOB INTRODUCTION
We provide Man Guarding Security Services and integrated security solutions. We deploy guards to the clients sites and maintain a 12 hour rotating shift 24 hours a day 7 days a week guarding rosters over a 14 day period. The Client Service Manager plays key role to manage the client contract and the work force assigned to a client contract.
JOB PURPOSE
The Client Service Manager is assigned a portfolio with a number of clients. He/She is the first point of contact for the client. The Client Service Manager’s role includes client contracts or account management, business development and sales. He/she is also required to work closely with the Head of Sales to achieve set sales targets. The Client Service Manager shall be exclusively available 24-hours a day and 7 days per week to respond to client concerns and ensure the smooth, safe and secure security operations at client sites.
The Client Service Manager will maintain a schedule of weekly meetings with the client to maintain the open communication and dialogue enabling prompt action to identify and rectify any issue that may hamper the overall delivery of services to the client. These visits and meetings will focus on the standards of service and improvements and include reviews of Safety and Security Assessments and Site Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the safety of our employee, the client and their customers. These discussions will include debts and payments.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Manager Client Contracts
- Ensure that all contracts are valid, signed and updated per client
- Verify invoices where required to assist in the billing
- Request and attend meeting with clients
- Ensure that clients are made aware of integrated solutions and offering provided by G4S
New and Additional Business Sales
- Implement a sales strategy on new client base to achieve monthly sales targets
- Capture this strategy into Salesforce by completing the relevant account plans and pipelines
- Raise documents to prompt client records creation in the internal Finance and Guarding Hours management systems
- documents needed to capture into to the finance system
- in accordance with the service provided assist with three consolation billing and payment issues
Operations
- Provide direction and leadership to Duty Managers, Senior Supervisors and Post Masters on matters concerning deployment of guards and general discipline to consistently maintain standard work orders and procedures
- Ensure that manpower allocation is accurately completed and Guarding rosters are updated as required by clients
- Drive the complete the required daily, weekly and monthly trackers and reports
Administration
- Ensure there is accurate and current information and documentation on the sales files
- Ensure resource allocation is accurately completed
- Ensure that Guarding hours are worked within policy and contract requirement
- Direct and supervise the Admin Support staff
- Ensure the completion of the required daily checklists, weekly and monthly trackers and reports
- Update Sales Data in Salesforce
- Coordinate with HR on manpower requires or employee related issues
Health and Safety
- Participate in the development/review/implementation and monitoring of the Annual Safety Improvement Plan
- Ensure all safety incidents are reported and lessons learned are discussed
- Lead by example and drive Health and Safety programs
- Ensuring client contracts compliance
- Ensure all records are maintained properly;
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly reporting requirements are met;
- Ensure that Personal Protective Equipment Inventories are updated regularly;
- Ensure proper maintenance and repairs are coordinated and recorded;
- Report any deficiencies and coordinate appropriate measures to rectify
REQUIREMENTS
Capabilities include
- Interested persons must possess a minimum of Grade 12 education
- Tertiary education in a related discipline will be highly regarded
- Minimum of 5 years or more experience in a Supervisory or Management role in the security or related industry
- Military or Policing experience would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and be confident in direct customer interface
- Good command of English
- Able to use the computer including all common office management tools (PG g Microsoft Office Google for work);
- Experience managing security staff on local guide force management experience;
- Posses some knowledge in physical security and access control;
- Must maintain a professional demeanor under highly stressful circumstances;
- Be a licenced Driver;
