• Shape and grow a high-performing, agile technology team equipped for today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with senior executives across the Group to deliver scalable and secure tech solutions.
• Embed emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and IoT into the digital ecosystem.
• Uphold the highest standards of IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of leadership experience in IT and digital strategy, ideally within complex or multi-sector organisations.
• Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and delivering enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Deep technical expertise across infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and data solutions.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and engage at Board and C-suite levels.
• Strategic mindset paired with commercial acumen and a bias for action.
