Material/Logistics Coordinator

We currently have an immediate requirement for a Material/Logistics Coordinator to ensure materials are issues to site within project requirements.

Please note that this role works on a 28 day PNG FIFO roster.


  • Timely issuing and management of required materials to job sites.
  • Ensure constant, smooth and thorough liaison with Construction managers and logistics providers.
  • Arranging all material movement from suppliers where required.
  • Ensure goods receipts in Procurement system and allocation to warehouse location.
  • Ensure thorough systems tracking of material status whilst materials are in transit and at warehouse.
  • Assuring material deliveries aligned to inbound transport/supply schedules.


  • At least 5 years’ experience in oil & gas.
  • Good working knowledge of material/logistics coordination.
  • Knowledge of logistics and warehouse process and procedures.
  • Computer software knowledge – MS Office etc
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
