The Independent Consumer and Competition Commission (ICCC) is a government regulatory agency established under an Act of Parliament, the Independent Consumer and Competition Commission Act 2002 (ICCC Act).
Under Division 2 Section 8 of the ICCC Act, it provides for the Commission to be comprised of one Commissioner and two Associate Commissioners.
